Donald Smith received a BS in Mechanical Engineering in 1962 and a MS in
Mechanical Engineering in 1963, both from The Ohio State University. His Ph.D.
is from the University of Michigan in 1971. He has industrial experience with
Xerox and IBM corporations. He has been a professor at the University of
Wyoming since 1985.
